What are the Symptoms of ADD/ADHD?
	The symptoms for ADD/ADHD vary widely, but some of the most common are as follows:
	Excessively fidgets or squirms
	Difficulty remaining seated
	Easily distracted, difficulty focusing
	Difficulty waiting turn in lines, games, etc.
	Interrupts and/or blurts out answers to questions
	Difficulty following instructions
	Difficulty sustaining attention
	Moves from one activity to another, often times not completing any
	Often talks excessively
	Often loses things
	Often engages in activities that seem dangerous
	Often times seems very immature and/or irresponsible for age level
	Is often times forgetful
	Often doesn't understand "why" he or she did something ("I don't know" responses) *Note, these are not something that happens once in a while. Most symptoms of ADD/ADHD have persisted for a minimum of 6 months in children, and most of the childhood and into adulthood for Adults.

What can be done to help ADD/ADHD?
EEG Biofeedback relieves the hyperactivity of children and 85% are completely normalized within 60 sessions. There are no side effects, and as of the end of 2002 there are no relapses.
